Years after he mysteriously disappeared the search parties started to thin out. Then out of the darkness comes a light -and we are reminded that he is still "Alive." Victor Villarreal offers us his first musical endeavor in years - a heart felt soulful solo effort. Self-released and a portion being donated to the Mission USA Prison Ministries in memory of his brother - this is a side of Victor Villarreal that has not been seen before - real, exposed, and alone. Incorporating the guitar style that everyone has grown to love and adore we see "unplugged." An album entirely of Victor - vocals, acoustic guitar, bass - even the 3rd grade percussive instruments - a whirlwind of life suddenly pulling forward - Victor brings you "Alive."
